Bianca brings a fresh and innovative perspective to her role as Executive Assistant and plays a very large and supportive role to the Chief Operations Officer. As an administration extraordinaire, she focuses on the improvement of systems and procedures that assist the team in ensuring that all interactions and experiences with clients are both seamless and positive.
Looking at the industry through a progressive lens, Bianca believes that every encounter, transaction, and conversation is an opportunity to learn and develop industry skills. She is highly driven towards the acquisition of knowledge, with a view to benefiting those around her.
